Home-based therapy is a naturalistic form of speech- therapy provided in your home or within the community, focusing on building family communication and utilizing your child's strengths within functional daily routines . School based therapy is focused on a student's access to the curriculum and does not consider the impact of the individual's communication needs outside of the school environments such as as at home or in the community.
